Planned Giving

There are several ways in which you can preserve your Jewish philanthropic goals that will impact a lifetime of fellow Jews, here and around the world. A planned gift to our Jewish community enables you to be present forever. Whether your gift is used to provide for the needs of the Jewish poor, to assist the elderly, to rescue Jews in need around the world or to fight antisemitism -- no matter where or when in the future, you can be there to help.

Tribute Giving

Thank you for supporting the Jewish community in Dallas, Israel and throughout the world. On this form, you can tribute or memorialize someone special. Online giving is easy, safe and convenient. If you have any questions about this form or your gift, please contact us.

Charitable Bequests

By deciding to leave a bequest of a specific amount of cash, a percentage of your estate or the remainder of your estate, you can create a permanent legacy. There's no limit on the amount you may set aside from your estate -- you make a gift as large or small as you'd like. You may choose to make a gift of cash, securities or other property -- and your estate will receive a tax deduction in the amount of your charitable bequest.

Perpetual Annual Campaign Endowment (PACE)

PACE is a permanent fund dedicated to endowing your Jewish community Annual Campaign gift. A PACE fund is not intended to take the place of any part of an annual gift -- it is instead a lasting legacy that will continue to make an annual gift to the campaign in perpetuity on your behalf.

You may create your Perpetual Annual Campaign Endowment through a variety of vehicles, some of which provide your estate with considerable tax benefits without the requirement that you contribute during your lifetime. These options allow you to perpetuate your commitment to the Annual Community Campaign in a way that best achieves your own personal financial and estate planning goals.

Lion of Judah Endowment (LOJE)

Establishing a Lion of Judah Endowment (LOJE) allows a woman to endow her gift in perpetuity. Through simple, innovative steps, an endowed gift is within the reach of a Lion of Judah, regardless of her age or giving level.

The strength and vitality of women's giving continues through the Lion of Judah Endowment (LOJE) -- enabling women to leave a legacy to help create social justice, heal the sick, preserve human dignity and provide Jewish education and Jewish growth for all.

Jewish Future Pledge

Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas is proud to partner with Jewish Future Pledge, a worldwide movement working to ensure that vibrant Jewish life continues for generations to come. It calls on all Jews to pledge that half or more of the charitable giving in their estate plan will support the Jewish people and/or the State of Israel. Together, the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas and Jewish Future Pledge will advance a shared vision and commitment to secure a vibrant Jewish future, sparking critical intergenerational conversations about Jewish values and proliferating a culture of legacy giving. Join us - take the pledge today!

Right now, there is an unprecedented opportunity to secure the funds necessary for a vibrant Jewish future. Over the next 25 years, a mind-boggling $68 trillion will transfer to the next generation, with $6.3 trillion allocated to charity. We estimate that 20 percent of this allocation or $1.26 trillion charitable dollars will be given from Jewish donors.

By taking the Jewish Future Pledge, you can help ensure that more than $600 billion is set aside for Jewish causes when wealth is transferred from this generation to the next.

Together, let’s pledge to make a difference now and into the future. Learn more.
