What Are YOUR Four Questions?

Are there people in YOUR family that you would like to know more about?

Is there an adult in YOUR life whose story YOU can honor by recording and sharing it?

Then, The Passover Listen is for YOU!

The Passover Listen: Ask YOUR Four Questions will run through April 30, 2017. This virtual program will bring together PJ Library children and their parents and grandparents around the Passover holiday.  Children are encouraged to interview their parents, grandparents or other adult using their phone. For those who want a recording studio experience, Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church has graciously offered the use of their recording booth. Known as THE BOOTH, PHPC has a new audio recording booth which is housed in the atrium of the church.  Reservations to use THE BOOTH can be made at www.phpc.org.

Interviews can be conducted using a smartphone or by visiting the audio recording booth located at Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church. Interviews can be entered into the Dallas Jewish Historical Society archive where they will become a resource for future historians and
provide families with a meaningful piece of personal history.

Find interview questions to share YOUR stories.

The Passover Listen is a collaborative project of PJ Library, PJ Our Way Dallas & the Dallas Jewish Historical Society. The program empowers children to create their family story by recording an interview with a parent, grandparent or other important adult in their life during the Passover holiday season.

For more information about this project, email PJ Library or The Dallas Jewish Historical Society.

PJ Library is made possible by the Harold Grinspoon Foundation and locally, by the Mankoff Family Foundation. The Dallas Jewish Historical Society is a partner agency of the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas.
